Thanks Daisy for telling me about the website. Great site Beep! To all of my old pals at CG, a fond hello and
an apology for being such a slacker with the letter writing. Hope all of you are well and please know that I
haven't forgotten you. I had a great time at CG and met some wonderful people. I don't think there is a
summer that goes by that I don't think about camp (and sometimes wishing I was there instead of sitting in
an office!). A reunion would be fantastic. I am definatley looking forward to it.

Hello everyone, I have lived in Charlotte for the past 5 years and work for Child Protective Services. My
husband, Tim works as a Web Designer/Developer, and plays ice hockey for fun with all our northern friends.
:) My sister Laura(Spinner)and her husband Sam also live here in the Charlotte area, where she has her
Chiropractic business. We have been enjoying life before we start a family. Check out my husband's web site and

I am so happy that you put together this great site. I love to remember the good ol' days at camp. I spent the
best summers there. As a camper, I loved all that the camp had to offer and attended many of the
programs at one point in time or another. I also attended "me and my pal" with my father which was great too.
As a counselor, I worked in the kitchen which was kinda' lousy but at least I got to eat all Ada's good cooking
before everyone else. Scrapper was my big sis and she gave me my nickane after much thought as we
share the love of hockey.

Well, Can I just say that Captian Wren seems a little shy. She needs to put a littl more into that guestbook
entry. She didnt ever put her nickname. I was only at Glengarra for one summer, but each year I think, "Damn, I
wish I coul do it again." It rate up there with my top three summers. Hopper there was my big sister, and
helped me pick my nickname. As you can see by the email address I am still using it. Howdy from Texas to all
the 95 staffers.

This is a great idea! I've been living in Chile for about 8 months now. What an experience! We'll be here for
about a year and a half to two more years. My husband Victor is an engineer and he is on a team that is designing
and building a 4meter telescope. My children, Kelsi (8 this month), Alexander (5) and Ethan (3) are all learning
Spanish and enjoying living near the ocean but not the earthquakes. Last one was a 6.4. I don't have any of my
camp pictures, all are in storage in Tucson, Arizona. Someday I'll get them and send some along.

Wow--this is a great idea! I'm teaching Classics at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA. My husband, Chris, is a
web developer--he works at home and helps care for our daughter, Mary Jane, who was born on July 20, 2001.
You can find pictures of all of us on our web site, designed, created, and maintained by Chris. We have a little
schnauzer named Clyde, and Clyde loves to camp. Mary Jane is learning to hike, but I miss my summers on the

Thought I would share a shining moment in the life of one of my past campers/staff members. "Scrapper" (Stacey)
is in Utah, officiating women's hockey. She is only one of two women selected for the games this year.
She was picked to officiate the gold match tonight (2/21) between the US and Canada. I am so proud of her
and boy, what an opportunity. Those of us who know Stacey can say we knew her when.....!
